  Sometime over the last few months this store got a new manager and has gone down hill. Not only can you see it in the enthusiasm of the employees, but in the service and quality that has been lacking lately. As a pro customer it is customary to get a quote, clear things with the customer and then order the quote. This new manager I have been told will not leave the quotes in the computer for even one day. We then have to start the whole processes over. Furthermore, I get a lot of deliveries sometimes 3 or 4 per week. In the last few months I have yet to receive one on time and complete. I have been shorted material with not so much as a word. This manager has accused me of lying every time he has to get involved until I prove what I am telling him. I was supposed to receive a delivery today and he insists I was called to say it was not coming. However my wife and I have been here by the phone for the entire day and our phone did not ring. Their lack of effort and ethics affects the timeline of my business and the happiness of my customers whom I care deeply about. They have had issues with their storage racks for the luan and barn siding for months leaving the product warped to the point of being unusable, despite being aware of the problem it remains unfixed. We receive $40 sheets of finished plywood with streaks of grease on one side from the Moffat and give us a problem when we want them exchanged. You can not sand grease off of wood. Use cardboard to protect the sheets. I buy a lot of scroll saw blades. They refuse to carry more in stock despite my constant begging. I have bought out the blades in 5 stores several times to meet my demand and we are only talking 2-3 packages per store. You can't order a quantity of 25 to make sure you have enough to accommodate a regular customer? Today we really needed our delivery and when we said we would have to cancel the order and get the material elsewhere we were told the money could only go back on our pre paid account which can only be used in their store. So they have us over a barrel. Unfortunately for them I am about to build a house and have 2 remodel projects going (for personal property) as well as my business and they will no longer be invited to bid on our items. You may be a large company that does not care about 1 customer, but you have lost this customer with at least $100,000 to spend this year it may not put you out of business, but somewhere along the line it will hurt any size business.
