  This is not a at&t store its a third party store.. This place is good for minor issues.. And the wait time is an hour.. If you want better quality store you go to an at&t store.. I called at&t toll free number the head quater in Georgia.. And they said you go to an at&t store.. Jackson Tn on Vann Drive.. There's a store in Memphis Tennessee and Nashville Tennessee and Corinth MS, Florence Alabama.. I went to the store in Jackson Tn and when you step in the store workers come to greet you at the store and made you feel very welcome.. They have more customers service people there that greeted you with a smile and kindness.. I found out more Information there then Savannah and they were telling me about every special and deals they have.. And they told me you don't have contracts any more.. And Savannah says contracts and the phone assortment was bigger and very fantastic.. And a wider assortment.. The Savannah retail store third party, higher cost, not enough workers and and they pick on who they want to wait on first..and very rude and don't know what they are doing and a long wait time..
